Pumpkin' patch!

Today we went to my very first ever Pumpkin patch! There was hayrides, a corn maze, candy apples, and A PETTING ZOO! Next year I'm totally hitting the apple cider.

It's good to be the baby...

You know, when you're 8 months there's lots of cool stuff you can do. I'm super old school now.

Zoo'in it

Today we packed up the fam and went to the zoo. My favorites were the bats and goats at the petting farm. (erm rather, the goats we're at the petting zoo...not the bats)

We saw the baby elephant (only 11 days old and 400 pounds!) Okay, my parents saw the elephant, I sort of stared at my reflection in the glass and sucked on the hand rail.

Unfortunately, one of the otters came down with a bad case of rabies.

This has been a month of great accomplishments, lemmie tell ya. I can grab stuff and pull it to my mouth to take a nibble, I'm babbling up a storm, I'm turning my head in the direction of noises - especially my dads, I can roll unto my belly and I'm working on my scootin' and crawling. But one of the funnest parts of my new found body awareness is...TOE MUNCHING!!! Don't you wish you were so limber?

Erickson Family Reunion

We also had fun in Utah this month, and I met my Grandpa Mark, Aunties Mel and Marque, and Uncle Cheerios..or..Michael as the non-nieces like to call him. We were at the Erickson family reunion and I got to show off my lei-wearing technique. Pretty sweeeeeet.
