Mom's birfday

Today my dear ol' mammy turned the big 3-1!! We were lucky enough to have Grampy Rob, Grammy Wendy and Auntie Miranda celebrate with us. It was my first time out at a restaurant - we had Ethiopian - yum!! And I didn't even cry!!!! (...okay, just a leeeettle bit)

My one-week check-up

Howdy y'allz!

I had my first week check-up today - here is a pic of my midwife Joy listening to my heartbeat. I am almost back to my birthweight already - now it's time to put on the chubs! Here is my name on the Birth Center baby wall! And also me in a cute outfit my Aunt Party bought for me. SUPER CUTE! :)

My first bath

Today my momz and I shared a nice relaxing bath - my first! Since I am an Aquarius, I think the whole water-thing is gonna work out just fine. Aaaaaaahhhhhh....

My Old Man

My pops turned the BIG 3-0 on the 12th. We were all so tired that we finally celebrated today!! Here's us with homemade peanut butter cheesecake - yum!

Happy Stinkentines Day!!!!

We celebrated Sweeties Day today with a visit from Uncle Torrey! Yay! Here he is serenading me with some sweet tunes as I chill with my pops on the couch. Hope everyone's VDay was fun! Kisses!

Midwives Home Visit

Today my midwives Taryn and Kathryn came by for our 3-day at-home visit. They taught my 'rents some great techniques for helping me with burps and gas, and here they are weighing me. They are so nice and helpful! Thx ladies!

Goin' home!

Today me and my 'rents woke up to the sweet care of our midwives. We were treated so well, ate a super yummy breakfast that they made for us, then took a nap, had a yummy lunch, and started getting ready to head home. We left Andaluz around 4PM - I'm almost a whole 24 hours old now! Home, here I come!

C'est moi!

J'ai arrive!! Here's the birth announcement my sweet daddy emailed to everybody:

We're pleased to announce the birth of our daughter Stella Anne!!!

Born Sunday February, 10th at 5:00 pm. Weighing in at 6lb 14.5oz
and 20in.

After *only* (heh heh...) 36 hours of labor, Stella came to greet the world
without even crying. She's super chill, and very alert, And of course the
most beautiful baby we've ever seen. She was born naturally at the Andaluz
water birth center here in Portland. Yes, we're hippies like that. Now
after catching up on some sleep we're ready to send out a little photo
sampling of our most beautiful experience.
